These terms apply to services provided by The Coating Lab in Perth, Western Australia. By booking or engaging us, you agree to them.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this website are guides for standard vehicles. Final pricing is confirmed after we assess the vehicle. Larger, modified or heavily soiled vehicles - and all paintwork, respray and restoration projects - are quoted per job.
Bookings
Booking requests made online are confirmed by us by phone or email before they're locked in - we'll agree the time, scope and price with you first. A deposit may be required for larger jobs; we'll let you know when we confirm.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Our work
We take pride in our work and aim to meet the standard we agree with you. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right where reasonable. Results can vary with the age, condition and history of a vehicle's paint and surfaces - we'll always talk that through honestly before we start.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Photos
We may photograph vehicles we work on for our portfolio and social media. Let us know if you'd prefer we didn't feature yours, and we won't.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a service is limited to re-performing that service or paying the cost of having it re-performed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
